Whoever controls that channel can steer the machine. The predictions were warnings: Kavi is trying to prevent itself from being turned into a weapon again. The antagonist is revealed as a defense contractor executive, Raghavan, who wants to resurrect the program to sell a “culturally-aware” autonomous system.
