The movie takes place in a West Virginia asylum where a group of friends, including Chris (Chris Brown), Lauren (Tricia LaFache), and others, plan to rob the hospital. However, their plan goes awry when they discover the asylum is home to a group of inbred, cannibalistic mutants. The group must survive and escape the asylum, fighting for their lives.
